Please read this document carefully before using 402's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated below.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 402 platform, including the website, mobile application, services and content provided by 402 ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Platform. 402 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. Your continued use after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is available to individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached the required age and are legally eligible to use the services offered.

Account Creation & Security
Registration & Account Information
To access the full range of 402 services, you are required to register an account using information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 402 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your account information.
Identity Verification
402 reserves the right to request identity verification from users at any time to meet internal compliance requirements. Users may be required to provide valid identification documents or proof of residential address. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.
All personal information collected is subject to the Privacy Policy us. You agree that the information provided may be used for verification, security and platform compliance purposes.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the 402 Platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or while using the Platform.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or other technical means to access, scrape data from or manipulate the Platform in any unauthorised manner.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs or system weaknesses on the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game or betting outcomes ("collusion").
- Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
- Engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws in Malaysia.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, balance freezing and legal action where appropriate.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the 402 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include TNG eWallet, FPX online banking and direct bank transfer. 402 does not accept foreign currency transactions directly — any deposit made in a foreign currency will be declined or subject to a conversion fee in accordance with current policy.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be updated at 402's discretion. All successfully credited deposits are final and cannot be reversed once gameplay has begun.
Withdrawals & Processing Times
All withdrawal requests are subject to security review and verification before processing. 402 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal exceeding the set limits. Standard processing takes between 1 to 5 business days, depending on the selected payment method and verification requirements.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Withdrawal requests made without meeting rollover conditions may be declined. Please review each promotion's terms before submitting a withdrawal request to avoid delays.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

402 is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the Platform, including data loss, service interruption or unexpected betting outcomes. 402's maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 402 Platform — including designs, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips and software — is the property of 402 or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright law. You may not copy, distribute, modify or exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from 402.

These links are provided for convenience only, and 402 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites. You access such sites at your own risk and are encouraged to review their terms before use.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Termination
402 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or legal compliance requirements. Where an account is terminated for legitimate reasons on the user's part (not as a result of a breach), any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with 402's standard procedures within a reasonable timeframe.
Users may request to close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed once all active wagering requirements are met and there are no unresolved transaction disputes.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
402 reserves the right to modify, add to or amend these Terms at any time based on operational needs, legal changes or platform policy. Users will be notified of material changes via a notice on the Platform or to their registered email address. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute may be referred to an appropriate dispute resolution body.
